Office General Fee Schedule and Dues
Do I Need a Permit
Any time you make a change in architecture, please come to the Association Office and get a permit package.
Donations Needed
*Check out our "library" in the Amenity Center. The selection of reading material is really diverse. Don't toss out your old books - bring them to the Amenity Center and select new reading material.
Yard Waste
DO NOT put yard waste in our dumpsters. Please place bags next to the burn area fence next to the Amenity Center.
Lost & Found
Please turn in "found" items to the Association office.
"Found" items will be kept in the Association office and available for pick up during office hours.
Gate Cards
Lost or broken gate cards cost $10.00 (Contractor's cards $25.00) to replace. The rule of only 4 gate cards per lot still applies. However, if you must have a 5th gate card, the cost will be $100.00, non-refundable.
Parking
Your guests must display your Lot # when parking at the gates or common areas. Parking placards are available in the office. Code Enforcement will be recording car information when no placard is displayed.
Be aware.....
In order to know and understand decisions made by our Board, please attend the POAC and Board Meetings.
Another way to present ideas/concerns is to present them in writing. The Board will always review and research each presentation and respond in a timely manner.
Hunting
THERE IS NO HUNTING OR TARGET SHOOTING ON SHADOW LAKES PROPERTY.
Property owners observing this type of action should report this to the police and security/office.
Campfires - Burning
Please use caution when burning or having campfires. Our grasses and trees are extremely dry. Absolutely NO FIRES on our Nature Trail. Noncompliance with this rule is a direct fine. Signs are posted.
